You don't have to browse too much of this website to find something along the lines of: "Women are stupid/child-like." You're calling me arrogant when most generalizations about women come from men?
Quite frankly, in my opinion, most people aren't actually self-aware, man or woman, but I think woman are especially raised not to pursue certain hobbies, etc.

:mjlol: Thank god enlightened and self chosen women like you are around to show brehettes the error of their ways.

Encouraging women to produce their own wealth is sexism against men? What about teaching women that their self worth does not rely on their beauty or lack thereof? Women own less than 1% of the world's property. Pretending women don't have a set of specific issues (especially concerning autonomy) is like pretending blacks don't have issues either because we're apparenty equal by law. I'm pro black because I encourage black people to gain independence from white supremacy and a feminist because I encourage women to do the same.
:mjlol: modern day feminism is a joke. 3rd wave Feminism is a destructive ideology that's consisted with white women that live in the West. They're the most privileged demographic in the world.

As much as I'd like to say no because I've met some bytches who identify as feminists who are bullies my answer is yes.

Cool feminists don't fly the flag from my experiences. They're women out here trying to be independent and support people they love. I can date a girl like that or be friends with one. That'd be a productive relationship.

Oh, the classic "it could be worse." Sure it could. If this were oppression Olympics, I'm sure we'd lose. Does that disqualify the gender disparity to be assessed because we live in developed countries? No, take a look.

Who Rules America: Diversity Among CEOs and Corporate Directors
So the " men mostly occupy position of power" argument is solely about position in corporations? You talk about "male privilege" yet I (a black male) have less of a chance at becoming a CEO of a fortune 500 company compared to Women, according to that link.

There's gender disparities in developed countries but it's not an epidemic like 3rd wave feminists are trying to make it to be. This is a bigger problem in developing nations.

So because white women in general are not inclusive of black women in "their" feminism I should disregard and ignore the principles I agree with? What do white women have to do with the particular issues of black women and why should I expect them to cape for us?

You're still 4 times more likely than me, as a black woman. Which is not something I hold against you, but a statistic I use to illustrate who is most likely to run our society. The fact that there ARE gender disparities of any sort is good enough reason to address them because I live in America, not in India or Pakistan. It's not solely about political and corporate positions. Let's not forget "it's a man's world" has been consistently repeated even in advertisements from the early 60's. People seem to forget that women have only recently started to experience a sense of freedom. Many of the misogynistic ideals from over 5 decades ago are still alive and well, being regurgitated to little girls who will grow up to think insecurity is essential to being a woman.

:ohhh: It never occurred to me I looked anything but black, though. I think here in florida "black" specifically means "black american", which is why some dominicans, puerto ricans and even haitians don't refer to themselves as black

Assuming that you are non white. Could you see yourself dating a white person that always advocates for white rights?

White people advocating for "white rights" in a society they damn well control is a little... naive. But I'm sure they wouldn't wanna date me either. You'd have to be implying that women have more influence and more resources than men for that parallel to be valid.
