Leves are a swift way of lvln up do a mission get mad xp I find it better to use em to lvl the Crafts and Gathering because u can fate and story mode to develop and lvl your fighter class
Leaves are MANDATORY for leveling a crafting class if you want to be capped in any reasonable time. I got Carpenter to 50 fast as eff, only reason I couldn't cap it in like a week was due to trying to run Titan EX and some of my gil going to goldsmithing mats
