Doesn't mean anything. Consoles are PCs too just with their own proprietary OS.

MS has been advocating for multiple storefronts on their future platforms since they lost the digital library battle, and it shouldn't be a shock if the next Xbox console is Windows based (or even Linux/Steam OS since Steam started licensing out their OS now), similar to the handheld.

Only thing left is GT7 and that's been rumored to be announced any time now
