Theres has to be at least a compliance dept.
Bring his case up with the dept of labor. Or maybe your city or state doesnt have that either.
bruhhhh, why you have to flame him like this tho? Then they most definitely have an HR Dept or Admin. dept.
Where are you at? Canada or something? Stop wasting everyone’s time with the non-factuals and trolling.
Radiology institution that has contract services with no HR Dept.who hired dude and who provided his onboarding paperwork? A ghost? Or he just drive up to the Institute and declared himself an employee? Also there’s a Legal Dept - every organization has an employment lawyer.

Full time (Permanent) employee of the Radiology company.
What kinda hospital doesn't have an HR department? what country is this?

It includes catching, counseling and final warning of some sequence. It also requires sign off by HR so they won't get sued.
So if your "cousin" was on point he could easily counter whatever they had...he isnt/wasnt
Something isn’t adding up ..

don't sign it. it's how they'll keep him from being able to sue for wrongful termination. This didn’t happen to me but my cousin. Dude works in a hospital as a system admin (remote). He has been there for 6 months and he always complained that his supervisor (Indian lady) didn’t like him at all.

Honestly, I read that PIP document and it’s totally not him. Everything was graded an F (even attendance) and he has never skipped work.
The PIP was to be for a whole month but two weeks later (yesterday afternoon) she fired him.
Here is the fukked up thing though……he couldn’t complain to anyone because they don’t have a HR department. NOTHING.
They tried to make him sign the PIP but he refused. Now they want him to sign the termination letter too.
Can he claim discrimination or something? Just tryna help a brother out
