I'm saying he did the songs that the people on the album said he did, lol. They would know.

And I know he produced on it because that's what they said and credited him for. It's always what he's been saying for the past couple years. I highly doubt they would just make the shyt up. The credit is due.
By the people you mean the credits ? He’s credited as an additional producer aka not the main producer. You said you thought Ye might not have done Daytona and then mentioned Andrew Dawson. My point was based on the way Kanye credits (very generous) and both of their production histories it would be unlikely that he did more than he was credited for.

Nah, by people, I mean people that worked on these same albums and told me who dude was and what he was doing. Or told me what the process is, with these albums now, with Kanye.

I was a huge Kanye fan, but just like other tracks that were pointed out in this thread, in the past decade or so, he's come out and said he's done beats he didn't even do. It wasn't until the actual producers came out and said what they did, that most people found out that they were involved. The days of Kanye sitting on the MPC and ASR-10 and actually banging out tracks, are mostly done.

Kanye isn't going to give credit to someone for a beat, if they didn't do it. He'll give himself credit for additional production, if he just talked on something, lol. But anyone that knows dude or someone who does, knows you're not getting credit for something you didn't do with him. AD has been credited as writing and producing songs that he said he sent Kanye. Just like Don Cannon was sending Kanye whole beats and getting "co-producer" credit when he did the whole beat. Kanye ain't in there cooking no more. Those days are over.

nikkas asking for WSG instead of Ye :hhh:

Even in Kanye’s current form I’d rather he look over it than WSG

There ain’t no way it’s gonna be “Supreme Clientele 2” and not be sample heavy...right?

EDIT -
Yooooo I got some song ideas for this chit:

Ye, Ghost & U-God should do “Cherchez La Ghost...In Paris”

Mike Dean should sample his own chit and have Ghost go off a sample of “Give Up The Ghost”

I should executive produce this mugg.

My guy originally you said these producers came out and said they made these beats on Daytona. Now you’re telling me people that worked on the album(s) personally told you Andrew Dawson made the beats ? You’ve lost me lol.

When has he “come out and said” he’s done beats he didn’t do ?

Numbers on the Boards has DC as the main producer with Ye as additional much like the 3 tracks with AD.

Ye famously over credits, this is well known and has been confirmed by many of the credited.

Fam I need you to be clear and provide sources. So AD produced all of Daytona and only got credit on 3 songs not even as a main producer?

AD has been in multiple magazines talking about his input, for years. On the older and newer projects, I've heard people say what he's done on them. Just because dude looks like a weirdo, doesn't mean he should be dismissed for his work.

Don Cannon wasn't even credited when Pusha's joint came out. Kanye was credited as producing it. Don had to go around and tell people it was his beat, and that he didn't co-produce anything. I didn't say AD produced the whole album for Pusha, He did a few joints on there. But we all know when the album dropped, Ye was being credited as producing the whole joint himself. Kanye is doing the same shyt Swizz did on the last X album. He's taking whole tracks from other producers, and crediting the actual producer as a "co-producer", while not doing a thing on the beat.

I've been in the business since I was a kid. This is basically how they market shyt now. Take the bigger name, say they carried the production, and then eventually credit the actual producer. 88 Keys is my guy. Has been forever. He got the beat for "Numbers on the Boards" from Don Cannon. The full beat. He threw the talking part on it, after he got the track in. Kanye said to add the Hov clip, and when the track came out, he was listed as the producer, lol. He's been doing this same shyt for years, with different producers.

This is another joint that Kanye got credit for, that was produced by someone else.

Don Cannon did this joint, and 88 Keys added the last minute touches to this one. Don Cannon talked about it a few times. For the past like 8-9 years, other people have been sending Ye whole beats, and he'll throw his name on it, and people will think he did the actual track, lol.

source?

3 of them shyts he ain't even make by himself :mjlol:
and those other 2 aren't even dope

.

He still made them

I don't think it even matters at this point who produced what. Kanye seems to get the best work from his coproducers.
