Ezekiel 25:17
Veteran
His stupidity just caused him thousands in medical bills, months of rehabilitation, and sitting inside the house for months.
And he may never be normal again.

fukk heavy squats. if you aren't a paid bodybuilder whats the point ?
No they don'tquarter squats have their place imo but not pretending to do actual squats
Yeah I don't do more than 3 plates, mainly because after loading up 3 plates it becomes tedious to deload. Some folks are going to disagree but this is true. I can do more than 315 but what the fukk for? It's nice to learn that you are strong but don't make it regular if you don't have to, especially when you get to your 30s.
i use a smith machine for squats
I like the fact the smith machine forces you to use a smooth form
Yeah I never use machines in a gymThis right here is why I tell everyone I can to AVOID MACHINES.
When you train with free weights, you learn BALANCE. Machines let you cheat and this is why you can end up hurting yourself.
If this fool was in the real squat rack, he wouldn't have been able to get the damn bar off the rack.
I've seen smith machines give too many people false bravery, and then when I put them on a bench or in the rack, they can't do shyt.
Free weights >>>>>>>>>>>>
No they don't
Lower the weight if you can't do a correct squat.
