This working hard vs. working smart thing is misguided. Yes you have to work smart but ive never met a business owner who doesn't work hard to maintain a certain level of success. Sure you have more freedom and whatnot but you also have more responsibilities, a lot of clients and accounts and not to mention if you have employees. Working smart shouldn't mean you dont work hard also
lol. When you own a business the key is making smart business decisions. This is why you have employees, you make smart decisions and let your employees do the "hard work" to make your business successful.

Yup, I never understood when I was in HS and college why kids my age were busting their asses, super stressed out, and literally traumatized to the point where they can't even smile or dance in a party. I was like :dahell: from then and always raised my GPA by doing less work and only learning what can actually be implied. Me literally dying to get good grades was never for me. Many people who took all them advanced AP classes for the hell of it are not as financially free as promised by the lying ass teachers. They still paying back loans and the like.

I apply the same mentality for work. Working smarter means less stress and happier outlook.

:russ: shyt was hilarious, I was a mediocre student and still went to college. tbt I never thought about it.

Hard work doesn't necessarily mean physical and demanding labor but it does mean consistent effort even past the point of exhaustion. You can't want something but half ass take the steps to achieve it.

:whoa: Who the hell said that working smart = working for yourself. :mindblown:

Make assumptions brehs.

I take working smart to mean choosing a career path that nets you the most money within 40hrs/week or less--bonus points for the least physically demanding job.
Best of luck with that.

Just another average to below average salary chump acting like he's a boss because he's going through the motions at work without much effort - just like I thought. Dumb ass nikkas sure love to "work smart" :mjlol:
:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol: no wonder you have -500 rep.
Be too dumb to understand the concept of working efficient brehs.
Think its something to be proud of that your job is killing you brehs.

Working efficient does not equal to not working hard, you retard. Putting in extra work is a given if you want to move up in any field. You don't differentiate yourself by being average. How about you post a paystub with your username next to it? I'm just curious how much an "efficient" worker such as yourself makes:francis:
