Full jump arms up - higher the better
Full pushup
Jump to feet surfboard style from pushup

( Keep your hips up in the air when or you do your puship or you will fukk up you lower back. Some people jump straight to the floor from the burpees and hurt their lowerback when they catch their weight.)

Repeat ten sets of ten or 5 sets of twenty



Better for conditioning then pullups but u should be doing pullups because upper back strength will keep people from being able to just throw you around like a b****
