I fukked up by lower back doing burpees. fukk them

He probably jumping to the ground with his hips to the floor first, his arms stop hi body but the hips keep going down putting pressure on the lower back. You was probably doing the CrossFit style of burpees...I can’t see you injuring your back doing it the proper way, like @Mowgli posted
Only good thing that came out of CrossFit is exposing people to Olympic weightlifting
I assumed it was consecutively. 20 pull ups in 5 minutes is light work.Consecutively - makes a huge difference....I can only do 15 max in 1 set
You are right for most people 20 pull-ups is harder than 100 burpees
Personally for me its burpees only because of the headaches
I bet a smaller percentage can do 100 burpees with correct form in an alotted amount of time.20 pull-ups with correct form.
a very small % of the population can do 20 pull-ups consecutively with good form. Most that claim they can usually are doing chin ups (palms facing body/face), or don’t fully extend the arms out, or use a lot of momentum by kicking or kipping. We had a thread in the gym some years back and very few people got the 20 pull ups to that standard.
Burpees is mostly a test of cardiovascular strength and a bit easier
