Yup.

Been several years. The only reason Black men had low cuts is cause they were more acceptable to get jobs and shyt.

Now that America is trying to be less racist and people pointing out micro aggressions and shyt like that you can have any hair you want.

I feel like there were a number of high profile stories about women getting in trouble for wearing their natural hair at work.

I just turned 40 this past summer & my hair/scall is as healthy as its ever been all because I stopped going to the barber every week & maintaining a dark cesear.

I grew my hair out & my hairline came back with it .

Yeah, try going to the job market between 2004 to 2015. They were on that micro managing BS and the from baby boomers, from all races. Even facial hair wasn't accepted much at all.

Now, in the COVID world where Baby Boomers are now retiring in large numbers, I see all kinds of CEOs with covered up tattoos, full beards, longer hair. Stuff like that was abnormal 10 years ago. Now with baby boomers (mostly) gone, its
