hakeem was a greater scoring threat, who was virtually unguardable with his move set, demanded double teams, better hustle plays/defense was more tenacious. hakeem had that swag/ability of just being unstoppable like jordan or like nowitski or iverson at times he had that take over ability

Hakeem didn't become that way offensively into the early 90's.

AND Tim Duncan came into the league more offensively polished than Hakeem.

yall act like Hakeem came into the league doing the dream shake and all of that other stuff offensively. He was beasting while being hella raw.

Tim came into the league a much more polished player and has remained more consistent.

Did you really just type this nonsense? Like Dirk and Iverson really? Especially Iverson? The same dude that couldn't even shoot above 40% from the floor for most of his career?

Duncan was also unstoppable in his prime. His bank shot was money. Every time he shot it you knew it was going in.

People are forgetting how great Duncan was in his prime.

Duncan is supposedly better than the same Hakeem who destroyed David Robinson in the playoffs?

Playinf off of Ralph Sampson and he did NOT have the dream shake and other offensive games in his arsenal.

Hakeem was simply overpowering dudes back then. Duncan came in the league with that ability and extend the floor with his shot. Hakeem later developed into that.

Duncan had that too. Did you not watch him the years he won back to back MVP's?

ring count:

Duncan: 4
Hakeem: 2

is it safe to say Duncan>>>Olaujwoun?

fukk NO

:birdman:

Hakeem was the better offensive player and the superior defensive player

Duncan played for the goat coach. Hakeems coach was an alcoholic who lost brain cells getting punched by kermit washington (no offense rudy)

what did duncan do better than hakeem?

idk i feel like duncan eating off that system that he is in. hakeem is a greater creator and more of a take over threat. duncan to me does not have that unstoppability swag i just do not see that

he is efficient nd everything but he doesnt have that fear of god type factor players like hakeem had

Why don't you admit that you didn't watch Hakeem until the 90's?

He became god like then.
