Which is funny because i find that a lot of Kojima’s games are mechanically dense.
there’s still a lot of stuff i never even tried to do in MGSV
The fukk you want me to answer that. You can’t even be serious for one thread![]()
He still mad at you for getting him exiled outta WuKong Country. You can’t even be serious for one thread![]()
That sounds more like tell tale games, or quantic dream games, maybe something like hellblade
That would be an improvement over the criticisms of MGS4, huh?![]()
According to you?
If a game allows for different options to achieve a goal and varied gameplay, it has depth. Everyone who has played GOWR would not have experienced the game this way and customized it to get to this level of power.
If two people can play a game differently with some getting to a sort of mastery level that took a lot of time, then that means it has depth.
The fukk you want me to answer that.
I like dozens of games![]()
GOW will never have the depth of something like Dark Souls or DMC and that’s ok
Indiana Jones has almost 6 hours of cutscenes, same as god of war and uncharted 4
Yeah, and i thoguht MGS4 for its time was pretty innovative as well. It was the first game i can remember being able to go prone in, have active surface level camouflag, multiple systems for cooling stress levels, sound dettection for enemies, etc.
same with mgs3, very mechanically dense game as most will probably find out in august.
So here you understand a game can have lots of cutscenes and still not be a “movie game” due to depth in its mechanics.Yeah, and i thoguht MGS4 for its time was pretty innovative as well. I feel like this is only true for some of his games. Snake Eater has a lot of game play and just fun stuff to do.I was about to say whatever Hideo Kojima gets his hands on,
But any movie release followed by the aforementioned videogame counts.
I’ve always understood that, its the basis for my entire argumentSo here you understand a game can have lots of cutscenes and still not be a “movie game” due to depth in its mechanics.
