No BS, anybody with some insight into the streets over here knows this is true, blacks really aren't allowed to have criminal "organizations", once that organization starts to happen law enforcement will break it up ASAP.
But you could argue that white/Asians/Mexicans do a lot better job hiding their criminal elements than blacks.
I will say this, black criminal organizations would be well served by encouraging more young nikkas in the hood to become law enforcement

To go more in depth, you just have to look at it historically. The biggest organised crime groups in America were set up between the 1920s-50s/60. Your mafia crime syndicates like the Five Families of NY and the Chicago Outfit. That's when they built up their power, prestige and money. Corruption was rife too and the lines between politician and gangster was often blurred. By comparison your average black person in America at that time was lucky not to get lynched much less run a nationwide crime conspiracy.
Most blacks were small time crooks because of the circumstances of the day (Jim Crow). The most a black criminal could hope for was probably to run the ''negro'' side of town like Harlem. This is even depicted in TV shows like Boardwalk Empire and movies like Hoodlum. The country was ran on nepotism and connections which the black criminals did not have.
In the UK it's the same thing. The most powerful crime groups are the indigenous whites.
