I once walked on the treadmill on an incline for like an hour, burned 500 calories :banderas: I think the longest I been at the gym is an hour 1/2 or so. My weight training routine usually would take an half an hour.

Most of my strength training was on the machines, with me doing basic dumbbell workouts from time to time. I try to keep my strength training workouts simple as possible to avoid injury and looking stupid (doing the workout wrong).

I don't go to the gym at the moment cause of COVID and other personal reasons, nothing to do with other people.
How tf werr you able to program a treadmill, you a pigeon :dahell:

Well I used to go to lifted weights cause I’m naturally slim and always be trying to put on like 10-15 pounds. But them weights way too heavy and I’m not about to put in the work to work my way up to swole nikka lifting status so I be like fukk that shyt. I did in the past but I would always fall off.

Then I had an epiphany one day, which was fukk all this big ass weight shyt. Cause I can get skinny swole just by push-ups and hitting the pull-up bar and shyt. Plus I feel like hooping the best cardio cause it’s a full body workout. But people have told me that you have to not do any cardio and bulk up. Then you can cut. I’m like so you mean to tell me you recommending no cardio at all:dahell: I can’t get jiggy with that. shyt don’t even feel right. So I said all that other shyt too much work, and I’m already in shape and shyt so it ain’t like I be there to lose weight.
You don't know what you are doing and neither do the people you got advice from do.

You can do cardio and lift weights at the same time, but if you are on the skinny side it will be tougher to pack on muscle/slower if you do cardio.

When I was playing ball 3 hours a day and lifting after, it was harder for me to pack on muscle because I was burning that shyt off from playing ball. Since the pandemic started and I haven't had access to indoor courts, I hadn't been playing ball and just lifting. Feels like I was able to pack on some more muscle despite not changing anything else.

I try to add cardio in most of my sessions though.

You can always eat more and make sure you are in a caloric surplus, consuming more calories than you are burning.

Coli fitness/workout threads are pretty useless, especially since most of the dudes on this site be e-statting for no reason. :hhh:

Y'all already forgot we had that weightlifting receipt thread where the OP got exposed as a batty fraud (he didn't even complete his own challenge) and coli nikkas couldn't post receipts of themselves doing push-ups with proper form?

The official Coli weightlifting receipt thread videos is the only receipt! Friday is the deadline!
Ignorant motherfukkers like @Killigraphy in here spitting out broscience like it's fact. :picard:

We already know a very small percentage of coli dudes actually workout, and only a smaller percentage of those dudes actually put in work like that. :yeshrug:

People who have been lifting for years and years need hours in the gym to make any gains. The longer you lift, the less your muscles respond to training. That’s why a beginner can gain 20lbs of muscle in a year but it’s impossible for someone who’s been training 10+ years to gain that much muscle mass naturally in the same timeframe.
