It’s really how you were brought up . Have personality, said to say be normal . What I mean is when you get around females stop just thinking about sex . Talk about life,movies , stuff you have in common . Much better chance to actually connect with someone.

The issue a lot of brehs have is they grew up sheltered & don’t know how to be themselves around the opposite sex . Breaking out of that probably won’t be easy .

Read books, watch shows, etc and develop an opinion so you can carry the convo, you should be entertaining to yourself at least.
Improve your personal power or confidence anyway you can, you should be in a state of freedom from outcome (PUA term) but if you're worried about how the conversation is going instead of the emotional connection, then your not in your power and that sucks more than being single.
