Like an hour but instead it’s a 2-3 hour service then 30mins-1 hr waiting for my mom to stop talking to her friends in the parking lot.

I still remember my aunties church when the pastor kept service for an hour because no one gave.
That collection plate gotta go around bout 3-4 times
He had people do the giving line in front of the church so he could inspect who gave. He had a giving line about 3 times and kept talking shyt about the congregation because no one was giving.
This was in like 2009 so of course no one had money. Because of the financial crash.
Most grimiest pastor I ever seen. He was even reminiscing on how hot my auntie was at her funeral smh.
This nikka showed me how pastors are just pimps for god.
i always felt like getting to the sermon was like halftimeFacts.

Used to not like going to church with Grandma to the AME service. Sometimes they'd be going on so long that it'd be cutting into lunchtime but you can't eat any snacks, you've already digested breakfast and you're hawngry.

the white church I went to along time ago as a teen was bigger in mass and capacity than any black church I ever went to. yet the service was over in an 1 and 30 minutes. and all the small talks were done outside when the service was over. got home in time just to jag off before a Laker game

shyt I went to as a kid was like 3-5 hours, oh my god I hated that shyt, I remember one summer I stayed with a relative and that motherfukker had me in church every night for like 2 months because it was revival or some shyt and they just had to be involved in every little church thing
Spending that much time around those people made me realize-
1. they ain't pious and just as jealous and self-serving as everyone else
2. They'd drop to their knees and suck the pastors dikk if he asked, motherfukkers went out of their way just to be around him and close to him, it was like a weird cult of personality. That nikka had a gigantic mansion with a Olympic swimming pool and a bowling alley in his house, he drove a BENTLY bro
then got the nerve to ask for more offerings

That's what my Mom pretends to accept when my brothers converted to Islam and I am nondenominational. We were raised Baptist.
