Almost none.

I run outside 5-6 days a week around 40-45 miles a week.

When the weather is super hot or super cold/snowy I’ll go to a treadmill/running studio since they have the best treadmills. The ones at the gym are absolute trash outside of having a TV screen built in and they aren’t calibrated for every single person so the numbers will always be off.

Cold runs are the best!

I had a 5k earlier this year. 30 fukkin degrees. I was for real like :aicmon:.

When it was over I was like :ehh:.

Now it's been real cool in the mornings and even at night and I like it but I want them cold runs.

But that doesnt surprise me because I love riding bikes when it's 40 and under because you heat up.

And if you dress right, or least when I do, I don't sweat. You know how it is, drenched in sweat, when it's cold cold, you're warm but you ain't hot and sweatin.

Buy the right gear and you’ll be fine. This era of running is the best time for shows and gear. Literally you can get quality shyt from head to toe and not be uncomfortable

And I prefer colder weather runner. Easier to breathe, less dummies outside and you can just focuse

Cold runs suck to me but they help me deal with the winter blues.

get the right gear and you're fine.

look at Craft for quality tights that will keep you warm. Sealskins makes great socks that will make sure your toes are warm/dry. North Face has alot of great jackets for the cold that won't restrict your movement.

I would rather run 3 miles outside and call it a day cuz it's too hot than to run any amount of minutes on a treadmill..😅

That shyt is boring as hell

fukked around an accidentally joined #dogset

She's fast, just gotta work on her staying focused, she's still getting used to the neighborhood and route, as well as strenuous exercise. We stop about once a mile, I give her a treat. She pisses, run some more, she takes a shyt, of course Im so hype to get up and go I forget the bags and have to pause/run into the house, etc.

Her jog pace is about a 9:30 but she really opens up and has us at 6:30 pace.
