Exact same opinion I have on that game. It is the first game I have people play when they try out my Headsets. shyt's hard thoughProject Cars in VR
there's some annoying shimmering textures in the distance, but other than that it's pretty dope. racing with head tracking is awesome, and 3D gives it a whole new sense of speed
Me too. I can't wait until my lease is up and I move into a 2 bedroom.i got those lighthouse mounts in today, so now i can set it up in the other room where i got more space. i had to fudge the space I'm using now, and sometimes i bump into shyt![]()
I had a busy weekend and didn't get much time with it@daze23 , since you're like the only other person with a Vive on here, what games are you rocking? I still prefer my Rift, but I'm warming up to the motion controls on the Vive. I got 79 SteamVR games (), but only like a handful. Anything you recommend, specifically?
Yeah, it's pretty cool. I wish there were portal guns and the like though. It's all just about moving boxes aroundPortal Stories VR is pretty dope. too bad it's hella short. I hope they make a full game
they were saying they tried portals, but it made everyone sickYeah, it's pretty cool. I wish there were portal guns and the like though. It's all just about moving boxes around
Plus the fukking teleport jump. I hate that shyt![]()
Yeah, I read that. I wanna be sick thoughthey were saying they tried portals, but it made everyone sick
whats "real" about all the abstractions using a controller? I was crawling around on the floor to avoid turrets. that felt "real"Yeah, I read that. I wanna be sick though
Vive is trying to be too "motion sickness" friendly. With the Rift games you an actually move around like normally. I fell I'm pretty used to moving in VR. I think after a few weeks, your body adjusts. I wish more Vive developers allowed for "real" moving (some games do, but most of them are teleport jumps)
