I need ripped abs..Please help!

Yeah that seems to be the cold hard truth I don't wanna accept lol

if i lose that much weight, people will start to wonder about my health, i was up to 210

Drink about a gallon or more of water

Cut down the carbs to 100g or less

Up the protein intake

Drink acv with water before each meal and before bed

I also started stacking acv with a thermo but you don't have to do all that

5lbs lost in a week for me.

Now that I actually read the replies, you gotta build muscle fam. If you want your abs to show that bad at your current build you'll look like the grim reaper.

I think that's the issue.

Personal anecdote but:

When I first lost a gang of weight I was sickly looking. Abs didn't pop because I hadn't developed them. For that brief run last year I had decent outlines because I was lifting heavy and they started to grow.
