I thought Bronny James was an overhyped heir/legacy case. But his head is at rim level now

Just had 10 tonight against an unranked team

His offensive game is very behind. He’s athletic but that’s only being shown in the open court. He reminds me a lot of Alex Caruso minus the cac scrappiness. He can be a solid role player but he’ll never be a go to guy. If you can’t be a go to guy in high school then there’s no shot in the league. Also I’m weary of sierra canyon players. Seems like no one out of that system shines.

Idk breh is already 18. However, yea that wingspan is hurting him right now. Its why he doesnt finish as well as he should in the half court. Mitchell and Wade having long arms helped them play bigger.

Bron grew from 6'7 to 6'9 so maybe though.

Bron is 6ft 8. He never once was 6ft 9.

MSU sophomore, Jaden Akins 6’3 CG (more of a 2 but has some pg skills and vision) is a decent comp at this point

Akins is a good athlete, Bronny is more explosive as a leaper tho. Akins game isn’t predicated on his athleticism, and he’s an excellent defender. Always getting steals, ripping the ball out of players hands. Very quick recovery time.

Akins shoots the ball well, but isn’t necessary breaking his man off the dribble to score.

Bronnys ceiling is higher due to his athleticism and his name will get him much more attention and chances.

Bronny just struggled to make shots against elite HS teams. Liked that he was aggressive, but he's gotta figure out a way to get buckets. This was like a college game.

Bronny would be a problem/Def would excel playing under Izzo for a bit:ohlawd:. He already has the shooting and defense, wouldn't be a issue getting playing time off that alone.
