“If The Bill Is $400 and It’s 4 Of Us Just Pay $100 Damn!”

Agree or disagree?

  • I agree, split it four ways!

  • Depends on who I’m with…

  • I disagree, I’m only paying for what I order.

This always sounded like a woman issue more than a man issue. I've never hang out and had conversations about how we're splitting the bill. It's a given that everyone pays for their own stuff unless it's a celebration, you owe someone, lost a bet, etc. I think it's because most men aren't used to being on the receiving end of things, so we don't really assume someone else is going to cover our tab.

Sad grown men trying to shame and manipulate other men into wining and dining them like women. :scust:

:dame:
Women don't dine like this at all.

Trust as a person who waited tables. I much rather have dudes then women as guest.

Payment situation was so easier to deal with when it came to groups off men versus groups off women

Lol how is this even a question? I already know how much my food costs and the most I’ll do is add an extra 5 dollars to what I ordered
Dude basically said “Let me run up the bill and y’all help me pay for it.”

I could see it if we bought 4 rounds, indiviudal drinks, and meals. But if a nikka is buying $80 shots for themselves, they gotta eat that. That's basic dinner etiquette.

I only hang with people who’d split it equally :manny:

I actually prefer credit card roulette, but doesn’t seem like this thread is ready for that. :picard:

But on some real, that's actually not something to clown people for. Not in this day and age, with this economy, as Black people living in this society. But I'll give you a "haha" just because I kinda get what you mean from my own experience. But looking at it through lens of reality and being in tuned with the Black community, it aint something to be clowning people or sticking your nose up at.
