For me that weight is 210, but I'm 5'11"230s is like the official weight where you still look strong with your shirt on, and good enough to still take your shirt off.

I hated that place. I got kicked out after 3 semesters for some shyt but I played two seasons starting at strong safety. All I did was party up there and catch the Greyhound home. I was real close to getting with Penn State but I was only 3 star recruit so they weren't gonna take a chance on my gradesMy sister and my cousin went to Frostburg I was up there partying so much one fraternity wanted to make me a honorary member and brand me
That is/was a partying ass school though
You might know my cousin he was up there for like 6 yearshe was head of the sigmas name Barry Richardson.

Yea he strong, but its techniques to weights, that why I'm bigger on calisthenics, because I gurantee I'd toss this Asian around even tho he can outbench me
Yes sir, told em me and two other guys j was locked up with were big on calisthenics and just from doing calisthenics the way we did em,we had amazing numbers in bench, squat and deadlifts with out even touching weights much, then after we mastered calisthenics somewhat we picked up the weights and added it to our daily routine.Calisthenics >>>>>>>>>>>>>> any other exercise
The average man can't bench 135lbs and depending on the type of gym you go to the weights people push are all over the place
New York Sports Club - You'll see most people pushing 185lbs on average, with the occassional person doing in the 315-355 ranges, their dummbells go to 120 and most people don't bother using them for bench.
LA Fitness & 24 Hour fitness - Similar to NYSC, you'll find more females at these type of gyms, the average bench is like 185lbs as well and you'll find the occasional strong cat here and there putting up heavyweights.
Retro Fitness - This is where you'll see dudes in parachute pants and fanny packs where 300+ bench is a lot more common, occasional dudes hitting 495 or more, 600+ lbs deadlifts and 450+ squats. The steroid game at a place like this is official, if you wanna juice this is the type of gym to go to. This has replaced Gold's Gym in NY as the juicer's paradise.
I been to all these places, and those are the things I've noticed. I go to a local gym that is similar to Retro, except they are cheap enough that women end up going there as well and there's a floor for them to do aerobics & dance shyt. You'll know how serious a gym is by how high their dummbells go, any place with 200lbs dummbells is where you'll find some seriously strong people, dudes at the place I go to out here inclining 165lbs dummbells for reps![]()

Thanks bruh. That's what I was saying. It's where you rep that makes the difference.
Before retro there was Ballys in NY. Whole lot of just came home cats in there.
