I actually can do 50 straight, but your not being realistic.

if you bench regular then pushups should be easy for anybody.

3 sets and 12 reps has you meeting greater resistance, so itll add muscle faster, but 12 sets and 3 reps will still see you reach the same place eventually. It’ll take longer, though. :francis:

Sure I said higher reps = structural changes/greater endurance. You more likely to go to failure in each set on 12 reps using just bodyweight. But volume is more important.

Real push ups though? We all know most nikkas be doing that fast push-up bs, not even getting the full workout.

pushups are hard for me cause i dont do them. i go hard for like the first 35 and then my triceps start feeling the burn. can then can bang out another 5-10 though
bench press another story
