Going through something similar and all I gotta say is theres always gonna be a better day man. shyt tough as hell...real talk somedays I don't even know who the hell I am. Life sucks though, and at times it doesn't even seem as if its getting any better but there's always someone out there that has it worse so be greatful. AZ said it best.

Amen. It's the feeling of not knowing who I am. It's scary.

Don't do it my brotha. I had a friend kill himself in 2013 :mjcry: I still think about it every day, and we weren't even that close, so imagine how your fam would feel.

Letting yourself live will also enable you to develop coping skills that you can pass on to others who deal with the same thing. What if your son develops depression? You can help him cope with it. If you kill yourself, he may think to himself later in his life "well, dad killed himself and people say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, this was destined to happen :mjcry: " and end up going through with it. Trust me breh I have mild depression and am familiar with depressed thought processes.

Kill yourself will have a wicked domino effect, it is not a trivial thing to do.

Also, think about the endless loop of questions that will run through your son's head wondering why you did what you did or if it was somehow his fault. That shyt will torture him 24/7, he doesn't deserve that pain.

:whoa: This mental illness wave is real in the 99 and 2000s brehs
To Op, slow down and be near someone who loves you. You need a support system for these bad days. I use to talk to a chick who was suicidal and she worked in a............mental hospital as a nurse. She literally had direct access to help on a daily basis and still didn't take iterative to do it. So it's not always as simple as just calling a number or being told the obvious (don't do it). Mental illness really be having fams in bizarro world. Just try to realize that your brain is playing games with you fam. Talk to a professional doctor who can give you the proper cocktail. You may feel like shyt, but guess what makes you feel more lethargic than medication.......being dead :leon:

Hit the googles fam-o, don't let bad chemistry win.
