Go to therapy. I don't know why you guys bring this shyt here. What have you seen on the coli that told you it was a mature or safe space?
Sometimes when your mental health is in the toilet you become programmed to having negative thought patterns. You and a lot of people that post in that state express a level of self loathing. Truthfully your perception of reality might be warped due to a depressive state of mind. Life isn't that bad. Indulging those feelings will only keep you in a perpetual pity party.
A harsh reality of being in the dumps is that it drags on people around you. You soon realize that your friends might not be the right people to get support from. You might be bringing people around you down. Don't be mad if they turn away. Most people are there for the good times. Very few will weather the storms with you and even then you can't have it as an expectation.
Unburden yourself with a professional if friends and family don't work. By the way you are describing your life it is clear that you have a bad self image. People might not want to keep reassuring you and doing some of the things that a professional might do. Sometimes they interpret your struggle as just complaining. Learn who you can't talk to. Cant get in-depth with everyone and can't expect everyone to take a keen interest in your life. That's reality. All friends are not equal. Furthermore there's a cap to how much you can bring to people over time. At a point it is selfish to not get professional help and expect your friends to be stepping in where therapy should come in.
Depression sucks and it has a vicious cruel way to making you appear selfish to those around you which lands some in a worse place as they push people close to them away while they are trying to feel better. People want to share in the good times not the bad. Only loved ones will truly cary that with you and even then to a point.
I'm not trying to be harsh just real. If you don't see a therapist and keep moving through that clouded outlook you will push people further away.
