Omg! These scenarios kill me. Maybe everybody different off that lean. But I can say I've been so drunk at times that I couldn't even SEE. But b/c I don't hang out with creepy ass strangers this shyt has never been a problem.

And I don't care how drunk I am there has never been a time when I'm doing goofy shyt like riding with some strange ass dude from a bar or a club.
Da fukk?! At some point as a female you have to ask urself why you are putting urself in these types of situations if the circumstances are like that. Because there are a lot of women out here now a days who are purposefully putting themselves in dangerous situations b/c they are lonely and seeking validation and attention from men. Even if u are sick like this it STILL doesn't mean u deserve to be raped (b/c some a$$hole is gonna leave it at that) but it does mean you need to be real about ur situation.

And men need to learn self-control for the EXACT reason I described above. Stay out of sketchy ass situations with these chicks. I don't care if the ass is fat or the titties sittin right. B/c if u gettin her drunk with you hoping that's gonna make the p*ssy a lil easier to get and she winds up regretting or trying to tell u to stop, but ur hazy ass mind can't hear it over the roar of ur nut, you're a rapist. If I have a son I feel the need to protect him from cray cray bytches just as much as I would protect one of my daughters from predators.
We gots to be MO careful.

Exactly. This question keeps getting asked over and over again and nothing ever changes. It's so easy to avoid situations like this but it's like they want to keep fighting it so they can keep doing what they're doing and denying that their rapists.

Two parties both drunk. She invites him back to her house and in her bed. They begin to have sex but she starts to regret it b/c she's just not in a good headspace. Dude comforts her and tries to proceed and she's telling him stop, it hurts. Both parties are drunk. That's rape.

Now if she didn't tell him to stop and is just having buyers remorse afterwards, she just gotta take that L. It was just two drunk people having bad sex.
Men don't get to push even if they are horny and drunk but women don't get to interpret post-nut clarity as rape either if they consented.

And yeah a man can be raped based on his intentions. Just b/c he's hard doesn't mean he intended to have his dyck in u. Dude might not even know what the fukk u look like and he ain't givin u permission to fukk him. And if ur sorry ass gets pregnant after...
Lemme get out this thread. Topics like this make me mad as hell.

All I can say is use common sense and protect urself.

But if she can change her mind at any point, then its fair to say she may have started as the initiator. I don't like that assumption.

well, you're gonna have to take that up with the people who made the law. :manny:

I can understand why you feel that way but you gotta understand that not every situation is like yours. There are times where women have been caught lying about this things.

it may suck that whoever is looking into the situation isn't completely on your side but they aren't supposed to. They're supposed to find the truth and to do that you have to not let bias effect you :yeshrug:

like I said I can understand where you're coming from but honestly it's really irresponsible but it's not like you work in law enforcement or anything, so it doesn't matter. you don't right? :lupe:

I don't, that's why my opinion doesn't matter.

however, the opinions of some of these guys in this thread are dangerous, they're trying to convince themselves and others that rape isn't rape and any woman that's raped while she's drunk is lying. smh

The problem is how the law and society currently is, they DON'T have to take the L.

you right. and it is dangerous. it is very easy for guys to avoid these situations but some of the posters itt ain't lying when they bring up women just claiming rape because they didn't like the sex or something. I have a family member who got caught up in some shyt like that. but of course like I said that situation isn't every situation.

I just think it's dangerous for either side to act like the male or the female is always in the right/wrong in any situation.

Fair enough, neither you nor the law makers make much sense :francis:

Makes perfect sense, actually. But to a person that likes to get people drunk and have sex with them, I'm sure it wouldn't make sense.
