** = Agreed 100%
* = TDs resulting from end arounds or reverses don't count as a TD thrown by the QB.

They do count as touchdown passes when Mahomes flip the ball forward, which they do on those reverses near goaline to hill. Those are all considered passes. Mahomes is not handing the ball off to Hill in those plays.

So you're talking about shovel passes. Thanks for clarifying & yes QBs get credit for TDs on shovel pass plays. Just not on end arounds & reverses.

Btw, end arounds, reverses, & shovel passes are 3 different types of plays.

How much lesser ? He has one good WR (Reek) and one good TE (Kelce), to go lower than that suggests you want him to play with scraps. Hardman's a gadget player, Watkins is a shell of himself (and hurt half the time), Robinson & Pringles are nobodies. They've gone from Kareem Hunt to Damien Williams in the backfield during his tenure and kept it pushing.

Andy's a great coach, but Mahomes is producing at a higher rate than any of his former QBs, by a lot. It's no coincidence that Andy had almost two decades filled with playoff heartbreak, and by year two with Pat he immediately gets over the hump.

:hhh:

Reek is a top 5 wr and arguably the most explosive player in the league, Kecle is the best TE in the game. With those two on the field it helps guys like Hardman and Robinson get open off speed alone.

@Chip Skylark working the jug machine right now getting ready for his shot. I heard they going to be calling random brehs out the crowd once he starts getting paid :lolbron:

Breh Mahomes extension isnt going to stop him from having a good surrounding cast. Unlike the packers the chiefs are smart enough to know when to get help and draft it.

Brett Veach maybe the best GM in the game and players will be willing to take pay cuts to play with him.

Sammy Watkins was the first trust me there will be more. JJ Watt is past his prime and has said he just wants a shot at a ring .

But can we please stop with these WEAPONS talk! It doesn’t stand. Alex had a top 3 back, Hill, and kelce with a better defense and couldn’t make the leap.

hill literally was a kick returner and he’s been grinding to become a better WR

Tyreek and kelce are game changers and ceh is one of the leagues leaders in rushing

Kc been running way more this year too and they way more balanced which helps

No doubt, but there are a lot of good offensive duos out there. From Julio & Ridley, to Thielen & Jefferson, to the 3-headed-monster in Dallas, to DK & Lockette, and so on and so forth. People talk like KC has what the Bucs have, and that's simply not true.

CEH is a good looking rookie but like I said, we watched KC go from Hunt to D.Williams and still produce out of their backfield. They can plug anyone back there.

the Bucs have a hall of tight end who still makes plays, two top 15 WRs, and a sure fire hall of famer now with AB who still is great. Smh it really shouldn’t be fair

You're in denial

They're still going to be able to field a team but there is def a drop-down in talents when the qb gets paid

Your defense will probably get worse too

No I’m stating what it is. Our defense will continue to sway back and forth from like it has the past few years.

You obviously haven’t been keeping up with how Brett Veach has made wonders happen. There was no way for us to extend any of the players we did this past offseason but he made it happen.

I don’t know man. With Patrick the “norm” isn’t the norm on the field and off.

It’s not like his weapons were top picks.

Elaiere is the only first rounder in a skill position outside of Watkins—who isn’t the the main man in KC.
John Dorsey drafted well before he left. KC gets guys with speed. All those WRs are able to run.

But do the Chiefs keep restocking the shelf or do they in future years neglect to get weapons and rely on Mahomes to be Superman every week?

If that happens and they field guys without speed, I’d be very interested to see how Mahomes looks.

It's cuz he just signed his extension

Everyone was acting in shock when Seattle was extending earl and Bobby and chancellor right after Russ deal. It's always a season or two after that things get a little tighter

I'm not saying it's gonna be cap hell but y'all are in the best cap situation now that you are gonna ever be in
