Nas true fans already know the real deal so this is for those who question his greatness based on what they hear online/offline or on radio...LOL!

What makes Nas "GREAT" is that he is never bigger than the culture, so therefore, if his fans are in a small club or large arena that is where he will perform. Nas is still producing quality music that sparks interest today online and offline. By the way, Nas does not need to be heard on the radio because his voice and rhymes are currently being broadcasted in many countries and heard by millions whenever they turn on Netflix and watch "The Get Down" executive directed by, Nasir Jones. There are many others sources that Nas' music is heard.

Here is Nas' GREATNESS witnessed OFFLINE...ENJOY!
Nas (solo) sold out 02 Arena (20,000 capacity):

Nas and Damian sold out Wembly Arena on their Distant Relative tour:

Nas performing at The Kennedy Center with the National Symphony Orchestra:

Nas did not achieve a solo career lasting 22 years and counting, with 8 platinum/multi platinum albums and 2 solo gold albums (not including his platinum album "The Firm", gold album "QBF" and "Lost Tapes") due to a myth that he his "only great online."

Nas is a better rapper than Snoop and with a better discography. There isn't really much comparison. I do like Doggystyle more than any Nas album though.

NYC
Fam in the last few years alone u had Daughters. Nas The Don. Bye Baby. His hook was used for Stay Schemin. shyt. Right now they play Nas Album Done. And this is all from the last few years.

lol lets be honest... outside of hot 97 & power 105 (our NY stations) im pretty sure other regions werent hearing those tracks regularly on the radio if AT ALL... The Don & Daughters are the only tracks you named that even got somewhat consistent play like that on NY radio

but as far as the topic.. nas is def held very highly offline... but this "nas is the undisputed GOAT" type shyt you see on forums 24/7 is usually regulated to just forums for the most part... i hear pac/big/jay as the GOAT offline far more than I hear nas... then when it comes to hood nikkas out here these nikkas will name drop dudes like jada, dmx, styles, wayne etc before even bringing nas up

You the type to deflect when you are proven wrong. The question was not about Snoop and besides everything I posted about Nas has happened within last 3 years to currently (not 20 years ago).

They got a very similar discography. They got the classic, a couple good albums, and a bunch of mediocre shyt. Snoop got way better side projects, way better singles, way more charismatic. I'd take tha last meal and the blue carpet over anything nas has done since the year 2000. Jay fall in the same category as well. nikkas getting hyped off of what they did a couple decades ago, i noticed it only works for east coast rappers though.

There is no such thing as an "undisputed GOAT" only opinions regardless if you hear it online or offline by more or less people.

But you didn't prove me wrong. All i said was he don't get played on the radio. You went on about "real nas fans" and said he doesn't need to be played on the radio.

I'd give IWW classic status but you aren't wrong in your valuation. Both discographies are less than stellar tbh, and the majority of best works were done early on in their respective careers. I just think the talent disparity is a little too high for me to put Snoop in that same bracket.
