Fair enough, not saying it's something you need to do. I'm just saying crybaby Wale actually has a good case here, he's being overlooked for no good reason.

For real, not only was "Bad" successful but it was also a legitimately dope song. "Now Or Never" was the worst song on Kendricks album, I was surprised as hell when that got nominated. Jay didn't deserve two nominations either.

So when rappers were saying "I'm a hustler... I'm not a rapper"

Y'all complained

When a rapper cares about his music and how it's respected and perceived

Y'all complain

...cares about his music...what? Being accepted by mainstream media (Grammy's, Complex, etc.) that have no standing in the actual culture

One, he went Gold in 2013. He's gettin' something most rappers don't get--ppl buying the music

These dudes never complaining about actual Rap audience acceptance

whale always been a clown bytch even before he got almost famous around Montgomery County while he was claiming hoods in dc. fukking female...

I always wondered how he never got called out on this. Its a known fact he is from Montgomery County yet he still claims he grew up in DC. Is he ashamed about going to school in Montgomery County?

Not a fan of duke but Wale has a point....Bad was a huge hit and it stayed on repeat on radio and music video channels.....the fact that a shytty bonus song got a nod over Bad is something to :scusthov: about
