I read that he has a bad reputation in the industry... There are videos of him interrupting interviews and showing up unannounced in recording sessions and that's just the stuff we've seen. He's made reference of industry people not liking him and how he can tell when he enters a room.

Willing to bet he's rubbed the wrong people the wrong at some point and now all of his records and projects have been put on ignore.

So naw, I don't EVER wanna hear Wale complainin about NOTHIN related to no awards.. Lol.. He seems more concerned wit the accolades than actually being dope! How bout you go get you some bars first... How bout you be mad about gettin bodied on every callabo you ever been on? But nah, thats not what he chooses to be upset about.. He chooses to be upset that an awards committee, that has NO REAL CREDIBILITY in hip hop didn't nominate his mildly popular song for it's very un-hip hop awards show... It's amazing.... Starving to be recognized by the VERY committee we claimed we never really gave a fuc about....

Intially, rappers grievances were more about Hip Hop as a WHOLE not being represented fairly and properly in regards to the Grammy's and it's MAJOR AWARD Categories.. This nikka out here bytchin about a fukkin Hip Hop callaboration nomination? Smh.. against other, WAYYYYY more popular and talented HIP HOP artists? Get Over It Lil nikka.... Lol

Obviously you know nothing about the song in question. "Bad" was a smash on urban radio, way bigger than the Kendrick joint. He has a legitimate gripe the Grammy's are shytting on him in order to toss Kendrick another random nomination. Again Wale is a bit of a crybaby but any NORMAL person would be highly upset if they were shafted like that.

But you can't complain about the Grammys only going for hit records when other records are superior then turn around and get upset when an album cut is nominated. No one would be saying anything if "Please Sing About Me" was nominated for song of the year. There has to be something else better than that Jay and Beyonce collab tho....I just can't think of one.

Exactly, look at even dudes like 50, In Da Club didn't get a grammy, not even for rap or track of the year, when it was the biggest by far and that track eclipses Wales whole career. Don't hear fif crying.
