All I did was look on Indeed . Recruiters started hitting me up and they seemed desperate. I did phone interview, got scheduled for in person, then had to thug on the drug test. Easiest job process ever . shyt half the jobs that hit me up, I couldnt get because I don't have a license . No certs either . No degree, shyt I took my college off my resume cuz it was from 2013-2014 dropout type shyt
this like my first IT job that feel like IT . them craccers I last worked for had me doing all their IT problems AND typical inventory/retail shyt .
Got a friend like this. I just helped breh apply for some wfh position with Rocket Mortgage. He's doing shopper at whole foods now. The white chick who told me about the position is doing the same thing work wise.
Yet she got her background check ran for the position and she starts at 18 bucks via phone interview. I'm trying to get breh at least a stepping stone.
If he doesn't know how to program would Udacity or taking a cc course over the summer? What the best action? Should he just mass apply by any means and keep knocking on doors until he gets a Yes? I set him up a git hub but he doesn't know how to do shyt? Any and all advice is welcome.
programming?? shyt thats a different ball game . I'd recommend school for that tbh . I'm around software engineers all day and the shyt they do seem like genius level shyt than the basic IT shyt I handle .
do he WANT to do programming , or is he open to IT in general ?
Breh He is open in general. I'm just trying to get his foot in the dag gone door real talk. I figured he can work and upgrade later via certs if need be. I'm just trying to get breh an Id bagde and so that he can put that on his resume and keep fishing for better like u did
