Networking and Cyber Security go hand and hand. Working in compliance, I truly do not missed the networking aspect. Compliance is very easy...less on calls and troubleshooting. I can do compliance forever. I just need to lab to keep technical skills fresh.

I've been staking through not getting certs but finally hit a road block(even with a bachelors in cyber) 
Apparently I'm a great engineer, but higher management would like to see me with security trifecta(Security+, Cysa+, CASP+)

Given that you are already in the field, you can breeze through those certs probably with little to no studying.
Yeah I hope so. I took a look at the security+ 701 practice questions and it seems straight forward. I'ma try to knock em out

If you dont know how SAML, SCIM , Oauth, OIDC work..learn that stuff.
Then learn one of the Identity platforms ...Okta, Entra(Azure) Identity..preferably both.
What are they using for IGA? (Sailpoint, Saviynt?) If they pulling you in meetings soak that stuff up.

No IGA solution just yet. I WISH we were implementing SailPoint but that shyt is too expensive. They're looking at a cheaper product but I'll soak up the experience nonetheless.
Just realized they prpbably won't do anything for another year if they go thru with it tho
