My manager now is black soon as i did my googles I was like
for the interview. His past 3 hires including me are all black too running the IT department I only had one black person who interviewed with who was on that

Surprisngly the black interviewers I had in my experience had the
vibe, but after getting the jobs there were normal dudes for the most part.
just stuff like workplace fit, past experience, why you think your right for the position, have you heard of us before etc
guess their saving it for the in person interview. i stayed up late reviewing active directory for nothing
'd all over the phone interview . they didnt even ask me any technical questions

First interview is always quick run through of resume to confirm experience and a few personality questions.
Final interview is usually cultural fit.
Anything in between is usually the position related stuff

Hey brehs. I've had 3 interviews over the past 3 weeks. 2 were general it support positions and my interview today was for a unified communications engineer position . I got an offer today for the UC position. I'm on my way!

From what I've been told it's just voice. You know that can always change once you get in .
True, good luck. Soak up the exp but if it were me I wouldn't get immersed in voice. Id be trying to branch off into something that's gonna give you flexibility like networking or systems side. UCS is a very small niche and all it takes is 1 decision or another vendor like Avaya offering major savings and you could be priced out of a job. Get that bag while u there tho breh

Taking the A+ 901 tomorrow. Feeling kinda bombarded by the sheer amount of potential questions and trying to memorize answers for it all. Does anyone know of any questions that will specifically be on the test? I know they all differ but, do I really need to know SD DDR3 has 240 pins? or for that matter ALL the pin numbers of every single type of memory? Any tips?
