Front end is typically a lower barrier of entry than back end so we're both right. Only thing with front end is that there doesn't look like a lot of mid-career roles are out there.Personally I'm only interested in getting a frontend/fullstack developer job at a startup (or medium size company). I don't think a degree matters too much in my line of work. Of course if you want to work with Disney or Google or whatever you obviously need a degree. Big companies like that are obsessed with certification.
