Been lurking the thread off and on for a year since I got my tech support Job last year
What I do on a daily basis:
· Assist customers in technical problems that are tied to the internet, phone, and TV.
· Knowledge in connection types Cable, DSL , and Fiber
· Antivirus/Antispam programs
· E-Mail(POP 3/IMAP, deleting and setting up new emails on various devices)
Assisting and setting up customer accounts for internet service at assisted living properties
The pay does suck(8.50$ an hour I feel I should be getting paid more the tasks I am doing) but i am learning every day and planning to get my A+ hopefully next month but my question is how can I build off the skills mentioned above????
