I put a 512gb ssd into an old Dell computer I had and put ubuntu 18.04 on it. Downloaded and got GNS3 working on it. In GNS3 I got 2 docker containers in it (one from gns3 called 'network-automation' with Ansible, Python and Wireshark on it) and a few Cisco router images.

I'm bout to get this NetSecDevOps money

Anyone have good study materials for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification?

Go big and go straight for the AWS Solutions Architect..Anyways, acloudguru is good. I have a subscription for 30 a month but mainly because they got other shyt like docker and kubernetes I want to learn. I am booking the AWS security this week and I mainly used acloudguru.

Failed GCIH, again Guess I'll study next time

According to indeed. GCIH has the most hits. However, GPEN and GWAPT are more advanced - Pick the cert that will get you the job you want.

Now that they've started adding labs to these SANS certifications the failure rate is going to go up. I just don't think their worth it with generic certs like CISSP still being more popular. I've got two SANS certs but not sure if it's worth taking anymore.

Dont waste your time here with no experience or IT industry knowledge.
Go Security or Networking and get some fundamentals there.

Hey brehs I got an update about my job: I got my offer today I'm getting paid $19.51 an hour . I ain't stopping here I just want to get in and learn and volunteer with the IT department to better my skills

Got hit up by this company for a jr. NOC position. shyt seem like a helpdesk/tech support/cloud support position but, if its overnight Ima see whats good. Need to double my $$ up. Already working 60hr+ work weeks with 2 jobs. My body is adjusted to the sleep deprivation.

Been applying for SOC positions to escape HELLdesk so maybe this is my foot in the door.

Gonna put kali linux on my macbook again and download wireshark tonight.

Also, been slacking on my CySA+ studying.

I just failed Server for the second time, I’m bout to make a quick turn around and study for A+ before the 901/902 expires on July 1st. I’ll be doing Net+ and Sec+ within that July month before my vouchers expire and I gotta go to the ITSS program in September.

I’m getting some flash cards ready and I just installed Quizlet. What kinda moves y’all brehs be using to ace this shyt cuz I’ll be damned if my shyt say fail again.....

Did you go over the Comptia Server+ objectives and read over the domains? https://www.comptia.jp/pdf/comptia-server-(sk0-004)-objectives.pdf
Whatever material you're using should map to these objectives. I got this tip from Professor Messer along with skipping the performance questions until the end. Also, using practice test helps a lot sometimes the same damn question pops up or something damn near close to it.
