The Ummah!
TIs career sumed up is snitching. Hating on lil flip because he was successful. And being murdered by Luda

Was a fan of his back in the day and still like him, but was thinking the same thing recently. For someone as big a star as he once was, his discography is weak. Between 04-08 though, he has a long list of hits to his name

I'm sorry but I got "I'm Serious" when it came out and nobody was fukkin with dude. shyt is a personal classic to me and I can listen to it anytime without skipping through. Production was on point wit Neptunes, Toomp, Jazze Pha, etc... thats my favorite album by him although he had a lot of better songs on his other albums. so like homie said, I just compiled my own playlist of TIP faves.
Where are you from? Cause when that dropped, he had a Boosie/Plies level of fandom from Louisiana to NC. Did a ton of small venues and always sold them joints out. He had a crazy following down south bruh

Been saying this since I first heard Trap Muzik. Never really get his whole style, the mush mouth never worked for me. I love a lot of southern Hip Hop but outside of a handful of songs I wouldn’t listen to Tip
my exact feelings, never got the hype

you know what i have to agree with you bro, i think i'm serious might be tip's best shyt too

still ain't forgave myself is an unbelievable record, was just listening to that shyt not too long ago. dope boyz, you ain't hard, heavy chevys, the list goes on. granted he had bigger singles on later albums but pound for pound that's his best shyt

and wayyy off topic 'cause it just came to mind, but am i the only tip fan that loves why you wanna? that crystal waters sample was swaggy and his bars impeccable. think it's a top 10 tip record even though it was aimed at the ladies

TI still snapping. His music has actually evolved with his age. He may make a trap anthem every now and again, but his 2 most recent albums have shown mature subject matter. It’s amazing to me how people can discard Us against the system, but then praise Jay Z 444. The whole political/social construct of Us against the system is excellent
