You cant relate to Em's music but you can relate to Jay's last albums?
I guess it's true, the coli is full of filthy rich ppl.

Having said that, OP is an idiot

Jay is ghetto kid turned drug dealer that made it out of that environment to the highest levels of success

Any real nikka can relate to a man of jays stature & background flaunting wealth & prosperity even a working class men or a bum like you :manny:

This isn't true. BP3 and MCHG at least had SOME appeal, plus, tell me some dope features Em has had during that time period.....?

?

?

Jay Z on Seen It All and DDA >>>> everything Em has done during that same time period. Also, Em doesn't have any songs on Recovery, Relapse, nor MMLP2 as good as Already Home, FWMYKIGI, or Real As It Gets.

Encore - trash
Relapse - awful
Recovery - mediocre
MMLP2 - decent yet forgettable

He's correct

I'd rank those in reverse. The fact that you think MMLP2 is decent shows we not on the same page.

Relapse is dope, probably my favorite Em album and there are better songs/verses on it than that Jay verse on DDA, easily.

Terrible album:russ:
Made me appreciate Recovery more:mjlol:

I tried to be generous :mjlol: I'll give Em credit for the technical feats of some of the flows he was doing, and for him keeping the screaming, yelling and singing to a minimum, but it was still a very underwhelming album. The beats were lifeless.

We're definitely not on the same page, as Relapse was abysmal. Crappy beats, and Eminem screaming and yelling for what, 19 tracks?? That album sucked badly. The only thing good about that album was the clarity of it, and the videos.

Of course I caught a bunch of negs for making this thread. All i see is a bunch of people arguing about who is better in their prime and who could relate to who. That isn't what this thread is about. This thread is about who, past their prime, is a better rapper. Plain and simple. Nothing else. Has nothing to do with where Em or Jay grew up. Watch the throne was amazing, yet Jay Z was the worst part of that project. I can say this as a Jay Z stan. I see no evidence being presented besides one person bringing up drug dealers anonymous (which was good, but how good was it really?). You listen to that and think "oh, this isn't bad for modern Jay Z versus when you hear something by Em and think "damn, he can still rap his ass off".

Bunch of haters itt. Ol boo hoo I can't relate to his music ass nikkas:lolbron:
