I mean, this is all on the GM. Wehad a bad team last year and he elected to do nothing with most cap space in the league. GM should be canned ASAP.

Thing is I don't see any new GM coming in and retaining Chip so they ight as well fire him too.

Baalke is a better scout than GM, IMO. He can't draft for shyt, though. I wouldn't be opposed to him staying on as a scouting person and letting somebody else draft. I believe Atlanta did something similar with Dimitroff and Pioli.

Id say hes a better gm in terms of fa/trades than he is a scout. hes too obsessed with measurements when scouting. all his project draft picks have been ass. on other hand, weve had some good cheap fa pickups and trades. trades specifically Id say hes best at. got a fortune for alex smith and got boldin for nothing.

unfortunately in the nfl you have to hit on your drafts, and since 2011 its been nothing short of a disaster
