Problem number one is not ponying up the money to bring in real football people. Jed needs to just go be the owner, bring in a football president and let him hire a GM, scouts, and let the pres and GM recruit a coach together. Step the fukk back...you don't know shyt about football and only see it as a revenue stream, cool, y'all can be profitable AND get real football people in the front office. fukk I hate the Yorks :why:

Webzone still pushing for Ponder to play. I pity the next QB we bring in to lead this franchise. Guy is gonna need a psychiatrist on deck.

Yeah even though a lot of the Kap hate is :mjpls: Being a QB for this franchise is tough.... constantly under scrutiny and criticism even when you're playing well its still not good enough for some.


I just hope whoever comes in is mentally tough

Even Brett Favre had Rodgers crying in the locker room when he came in.

I think as long as we have this ownership, it will be tough for any young QB to come in here and hit the ground running. Then add the fans. It's going to be really hard. The biggest problem is we have had so many bad seasons now that people have romanticized the past beyond recognition. We had some great teams that won, but also had some great teams that underachieved. Steve having his brain cramps in the playoffs against the Packers and the Cowboys. Roger Craig fumbling against the Giants. Garcia getting his shyt pushed in against Tampa. I wonder if our fans actually remember that? Or that we had stacked teams and coaching?

Our past is our biggest enemy....after the ownership.
