I would only be on the "fire Chip" wagon if he had say in the roster. This is baalke's trash that he's trying to work with. I hate having 4 coaches in 4 years. We knew exactly what to expect from Chip. Shoulda let him build the roster if it was a one and done season for him.

Think the issues with this team is talent. That falls on the GM.

I mean chip is scheming guys open but you can't keep that up the whole game. We need athletes at wr, ilb, and olb

Unless some dream coach becomes available, I don't see the point in jettisoning Chip so we can bring in Gus Bradley or Kyle Shanahan

You can only do so much with 3rd and 4th string receivers. Besides Hyde, none of these dudes would start on any other roster. All the drops. Better talent would improve the O. I'm not even worried about that. It's the D. The D is atrocious and the scheme may have something to do with it, but again I think talent just isn't there. We need a complete overhaul at LB (never thougtht I'd say that). Bathea gotta go. Reid gets one last shot. Need another pass rusher.

There's a lot of work to do. We gonna get a new coach then fire him next year? It's just silly to keep swapping coaches like this.

Maybe not week 1 talent, but with all the injuries this team is much worse
