I don't think so. We're the only team looking for a GM/HC combo with high draft picks and good cap space. I think we can get who we want and if we bring in a Tom Cable or Mike Smith the fans will riot and Jed knows it. He has to get this shyt right because he fukked it up so bad

Yea..... Dak had a healthy Zeke, a solid healthy pro bowl level playing TE, the best oline in the league, Dez, and a really good defense.

at least we'd have a qb to develop at a cheap price. we might have to draft a qb next year anyway

We (fans, specially in this thread) didn't want a QB precisely because we lacked talent and he was end up like Alex Smith. I don't see how drafting Dak would've made any difference. I don't think we lose much developing Dak or whoever we draft this or next year. Too many problems to dwell about a young QB right now

if the rumor is true. I agree there are far bigger problems than at qb. if kaep leaves (and looks like it), we'll have more problems at qb, and if we end up drafting a qb early it would suck.
