That was a waste of time but it was like watching a car crash so I couldn’t look away.
I thought Biden did fine. There’s only so much you can take debating a pathological liar who’s just gonna lie and interrupt and deflect.
I’ve got no real analysis to add but anyone voting for trump after that is a verified POS.

I think it would’ve been way worse if it was Bernie. He’s a lot more witty than Biden is. Again, a New Yorker would know how to deal with Trump in a debate better than anyone

I think some of y'all are underselling Biden's performance. He was solid. Not perfect but he had some great lines about covid about how the American people didn't panic, Trump panicked... he had some other good lines in there on various issues.
Plus, a lot of people were trying to say Biden literally had dementia and that's out the window. He was sharp in certain areas and had smoke for Trump, called him a clown and shyt...

Trump also was babbling about Obama leaving seats open on the federal bench. Like he just left them open. Umm, Mitch Mcconnell wouldn't seat his judges.

Apparently one candidate refusing to condemn WS and urging a WS group to stand up and stand by meant nothing to her...

This is a really good point.
Literally no one wants to hear Trump talk about Biden's son any more. No one wants to hear Trump interrupt and act a fool any more. But Trump seemed unprepared to do anything else when that shyt fell flat. So what's he got left? It ain't like Biden launched any surprise attacks at him. Biden didn't do a single thing unexpected, so what, we expect Trump to prepare any better next time?
Meanwhile, Biden should be prepping to have better answers for all the dumb lies that Trump threw out there and random stupid shyt Trump tried to brag about that wasn't even a bragging point. He can even take various lies or missteps that Trump pulled in this debate and throw them back at him in the next one, force Trump to either be on the defense and say he made a mistake, or lie again. And every good point that Biden had in this debate he can say again in the next one, cause he didn't drive shyt into the ground like Trump did.
The Trump strategy is to depress the vote. Make the whole thing such a mess, and make it look so bad, that people just get depressed and don't want to vote at all. Then his rabid base, which will vote no matter what, will carry the day.
That's why the people who say that Biden should ditch this classy shyt and go on all-out attack are dead wrong. No one wants to watch two old guys just yelling and attacking each other. No one wants to watch a bunch of personal insults. It is in Biden's best interest to make politics look worth something. Because it the whole thing gets ugly it will be HIS base that gets disillusioned and gives up on them all, not Trump's base.
