Just got my wisdom teeth pulled out by a specialist. Been a long time coming :noah:

I've had them shyts since I was lil breh. Never cared miuch about them until last year.

Evrytime I ate I had to have a toothpick on deck to dig out food that got stuck

Last month a breh's mouth started to smell foul as hell from the infection of the tissue around the tooth and no amount of brushing would help
I could tell hoes noticed and got ghosted by 2 of them for it
Even my coworkers were acting a lil funny when I talked during one-on-one discussions

Last week I said fukk it im getting this shyt removed,

When I went to the dentist they told me I had to get it done at the hospital since mine are so close to the nerve running down the jaw. My Xray was just like this one:

Now im back home higher than a kite from the pain killers



but that total bill from the hospital + surgeon + anesthetics


Im getting on medical aid ASAP after today, I cant cough up them kinda racks cash again. My savings took an L today

So breh what would yall recommend as diet for the next week or so? I only ate some powdered cereal mixed with milk after I came back.

What should I avoid? AM I gonna have to give up wine for a while?

I went to a hood dentist that basically just numbed up my mouth and yanked them all in like 15 minutes.


Didn't have any real side effects or pain either, I think I got it done on a Thursday and was back to work on Monday.

I remember when i had all mine pulled out and tha pain medicine they gave me wasn't strong enough. It felt like running tattoo needles were being jabbed into all 4 of my gums at once. And that wasn't sudden, tha pain built up to that until i couldn't take it anymore, started to howl in agony and had to go back immediately for stronger meds. My cries only served to aggravate my gums. What a fukked up feedback loop.

Was the pain really that bad during the treatment?

I was knocked out completely. Last thing I remember was them putting the drip on me and makinng me inhale oxygen. Then I woke up later after the procedure. Somehow I felt fine and didnt feel dizzy or starting halucinating. I thought I was gonna be like one of them youtube people telling all my secrets to the doctor :


Got home and started taking the meds. Now im high as fukk

only thing is my jaws are swollen now

you lucky cause yours was probably not close to the nerve so a general dentist can do it without any risks

Looks like they were impacted at the L45 and 166 on the gum line. You also have some slight bridging at the molar as well.

When I was like 18 or 19 the dentist told me I should get them out but I didn't take it seriously at the time because they didn't cause any problems. Shyt caught up to me in my late 20s when they started decaying and getting infected.


Even if they're not growing, impacted wisdom teeth are hard to clean all the way and prone to decaying, and sometimes they can cause the tooth next to them to start having problems too. Not to mention your gums.
