So breh what would yall recommend as diet for the next week or so? I only ate some powdered cereal mixed with milk after I came back. :lupe:

What should I avoid? AM I gonna have to give up wine for a while? :to:

Really the only dangerous thing about wine would be mixing it with painkillers. So you can drink whenever you don't need the pain meds anymore.

Basically I would just eat things you don't have to chew much and that are room temp. Oatmeal, potatoes, fish, etc.

I got it done with only local anesthesia on the gums to numb them and it looked like the dentist literally used pliers to get them out. It surprisingly didn't hurt at all. Just felt a lot of pressure because he was trying to yank them out of my head. Dude literally braced his hand on my forehead a few times trying to pull one out :dahell:

I had to get mine taken out after I had one literally crumble and fall out of my mouth one day because it was so rotten since as you said it's hard to properly clean them since they are often under the gumline growing in sideways.

My top ones have come through fine, although I feel they've pushed some of my teeth forward, but thankfully a new retainer has stopped any further shifting.

Bottom ones are impacted similar to the photo.

bytch to clean around but I always get compliments from the dentist, I dont think she has any interest in pulling them.
Although I want them pulled, take me at least another two minutes or so on top of my regular brushing and flossing, to get them clean to a standard I'm happy with.

Not even some Macarroni and Mince? :lupe: im scred my minced meat might go bad before I use it

I do remember eating some macaroni salad :patrice:

I had a problem with food like meat getting stuck in the spaces where they cut the teeth out though, I cant remember how long it took for the gums to fill back in.

Turned 27 last month and still got mine. All 4 impacted. No insurance or savings.

Dang I know you didn't ask any advice but can I suggest you go to a dental school? When I didn't have dental insurance that's what I did and got a free root canal that I needed. They need someone to practice on and they have their professors along side them.

The tip is to go at the beginning of the semester, dental college treatment is first come first serve and they look for the most severe mouths to work on so they can get the best experience.
