The label makes sure the producers clear all production they submit.

If the producers are in house, then yes its on the label.

As a label, I distribute the music not make it.

Section 80 was a mixtape but then they decided to sell it because of the massive downloads

mixtape sold over 100k

At the time of release it only sold 10K, I don't recall 100K at all.
They were also personally signed (something I regret not purchasing
at the time !)
