He didn't say he did. I can eat a steak at a place once and say that's the best steak I ever had in my life even though I've had steaks at other places several times.

The thread isn't about Bron bruh. Plus this is Kobe's opinion so you can't even debate it
Kobe said the two 6'10+ cats that could handle, shoot from anywhere on the floor, post up and drive were hard as fukk to guard and he in here talking about Bron averaged 28 against the Lakers:gucci:

im sure anyone or others who have played Durant will say the same.

So Kobe is not being spiteful as dumbass Bron fans think he is.

Im sure if you asked Jimmy butler, Kwahi, and other elite defenders they will tell you the same.

durant is harder to guard than Lebron

He’s not talking stats. Dawg skill. Let me repeat that again SKILL. How are you gonna tell a nikka who his toughest matchup was when he witnessed it first hand. Y’all gotta chill with using stats as a basis for a every got damn argument man.

This is a site where people say, and I quote

“I respect dudes opinions from the internet more than I respect nba players, because nba players don’t know advanced stats”

A bunch of weird ass nerds on here

I think KD is the greatest offensive player since Michael Jordan.I say that because he's not all "Overwhelming athleticism".

He'a technician out there.Similar to Mike.In fact, wayyyy back in '06/'07, My uncle called me from NY and told me

"Watch out for this Durant boy. He's like a 6'11 Michael Jordan"......And of course I thought the nicca was losing his cotdamn mind!

But you know what, in terms of offensive execution/craftiness/technical skills.....Him and Kobe got it:manny:

But the stats and numbers say your toughest matchup was Lebron. Every time you played him your numbers and percentages dropped drastically. Similar to the way Demar Derozan's numbers drop when facing Lebron. It's why struggled to beat him time after time after time after time again. He pretty much owned your entire life and outplayed you every single time.

I wonder how many rings Demar would have won with Prime Shaq if this was all he had to put up.....He would probably be looked at in a different light

2000 NBA Finals

Shaq- 38 PPG, 17 RPG, 2.5 APG, 2.7 BPG, 61% FG 96/157----6 games
Kobe-16 PPG, 5 RPG, 4 APG, 1.4 BPG, 36% FG%, 33/90----5 games

2001 NBA Finals

Shaq- 33 PPG, 16 RPG, 5 APG, 3.5 BPG, 63/110 57% FG-----5 games
Kobe- 24 PPG, 8 RPG, 6 APG, 1.4 BPG, 44/106 41% FG------5 games
They barely even guarded each other. It was usually either Ariza, arrest, or Odom. But regardless how you gonna tell him who HE thought was his biggest challenge? You stay misinformed

I remember being a tmac stan in 4th grade and getting to see the magic vs the lakers in orlando :banderas:

My friends aunt worked at this 5 star hotel and let us stay in a room for free ( but we didnt have housekeeping cuz the hotel didnt know we were there)

Went to check in and fukkin Robert Horry comes strolling in wearing the lakers sweatsuit...followed by the whole squad in a single file line :krs:

After the game i met all of em when they came back, Shaq was chillin in a chromed out Benz (he had a crib in Orlando at the time) i dapped him up

Mahfukka knees were almost ABOVE the steering wheel :laff:

Glad to see my 2 personal GOATS with the mutual respect :mjcry:

On Kevin Durant:
"He came back one season and became the toughest matchup I've had to deal with in my entire career outside of Tracy McGrady... When he first came in the league he used to shoot across from his face. So if I'm able to push him right and cut off his driving angles, then I give myself a great chance of stopping him. because it's hard to pull up and shoot going right when you're shooting it from across the side of your face.

Then when he came back all of a sudden that shot moved more to the top of his head, now he's going right; stopping and popping; then he could post up; he could turn left shoulder; he could turn right shoulder, and then it became a serious problem"

On Tracy McGrady:
"He could do everything... I told him, 'bro you could do everything I could do on the court, but you were 6"10'. Literally everything. He had no weaknesses--offensively or defensively. He was a nightmare to guard"

Great minds think alike. My evaluation of T-Mac and KD are the same as Kobe.
