For real, Lebron's business skills are so underrated.

He made himself a brand and negotiated the first lifetime deal with Nike. His children and grandchildren are guaranteed wealth because of this deal.

I respect Lebron and am sick of all the hate with people callin him Lethot and shyt and then dikkriding Curry.

Currys father was an NBA player millionaire who hired NBA caliber coaches for Curry and his siblings from Kindergarden. Same for Klay.

Players like Drose and Lebron were dealt a shytty fukkin hand, growing up with no real resources but being able to dominate through sheer ambition and skill.

Im supposed to hate Lebron and cheer for his downfall and failures? In favor a kid with a silver spoon in his mouth? fukk that hope Lebron gets the ring this year

Or when Lebron tries fixing up his team firing a useless coach and trying to make things work for Cleveland, and people on here criticizing him and supporting Blatt like wtf? Like they want Lebron to remain a fukkin pawn or something.

and im not even get into the dumbest criticism ive seen yet of Lebron "he posts too many videos of his sons, he needs to stop posting his sons on IG and stop going to their games".
always good to see a nikka that isn't a prison of the garbage mentality

Oh please! LeCocksmoker was labeled the Chosen One since 9 th Grade or some shyt. Steph Curry went to fukkin Davidson and no one imagined he'd be anywhere close to the player he is now. For all the LeThot hype, he's an actual disappointment.
Clown was awarded ROY which he did not deserve. Melo and Wade had better Rookie seasons.

So being labelled the chosen one makes life easier than having a millionaire father? Lebron had nothing to fall back on, having that kind of hype with such instability around him could've easily broken him, where as Steph had NO pressure in ball or life, NO expectations on the court, yea it took a ton of hard work for him to get where he is and prove his doubters wrong which everyone respects, but Bron had to put in just as much if not more work while overcoming the pressure to even come close to living up to unrealistic expectations. Much easier to put in that work and grind when the spotlight isn't on you as opposed to every move on and off the court being critiqued.

If Bron got injured and didn't make the league, he's stuck in the hood in Akron, Curry would still be a millionaire trust fund baby.

As for ROY

Bron - 20.9 ppg, 5.5 reb, 5.9 ast, 1.6 stl
Melo - 21 ppg, 6.1 reb, 2.9 ast, 1.2 stl with more talent around him
Wade - 16.2 ppg, 4 reb, 4.5 ast, 1.4 stl and was never realistically in the conversation for ROY

And don't give me the stats don't matter bullshyt and it comes down to the eye test cause I watched plenty of games that season and even though Melo made it close and wouldn't of caused an uproar if he did win ROY, Lebron earned it both with the intangibles and statistically.

2-5 in the finals tho :mjlol:

imagine he played n the west :wow:

2-4, and not an individual accomplishment, or lack thereof, no matter how people or ESPN try to paint it. No one has ever carried a team to a chip by themself. 2 of those losses his team had no business even being on the same court as the other team. Cavs vs Spurs, and last year vs the Warriors--he took them to 6 with NO help. The year Miami lost to the Spurs is also nothing to be ashamed of.

In case you try to make it like Jordan did it on his own, he didn't win til Pippen got there and the one full season Pippen had w/o Jordan the Bulls still won 55 games, Pippen averaged 22 pts, 8.7 reb, 5.6 asts, and 2.9 stls, won the All-Star game MVP, finished 3rd in MVP voting, was the leading vote getter for 1st team All NBA and 1st team All Defense, and took the Bulls to the EC Semi-Finals. And the Bulls lost game 5 of that series on a straight bullshyt call. 2.1 seconds left Pippen got called for a foul that most people thought was actually not only not a defensive foul but an offensive foul and the Knicks won on the 2 free throws (NBA couldn't have the Bulls going to the Conference Finals or the Finals without Jordan, it would severely hurt his legacy). Basically Pippen was the 2nd or 3rd best player in the league that year, probably safe to say 2nd behind only Olajuwon. Even Phil Jackson who very rarely gives out compliments said Pippen deserved the MVP that season. Jordan played with a better #2 than Lebron ever had. If he would've played with Wade 2 or 3 seasons earlier the conversation would be different, but he didn't.

Pippen stood tall without Jordan in 1993-94

And say Lebron did play in the West, he beat the best team out of the West 2 times in the chip already. So let's say he only made the chip 2 times so far if he was in the Western conference, is there a team in the East that would've beat him? So he'd most likely be 2-0, which for some reason people on here are under the belief that would be better than completely dominating the Eastern conference for almost a decade now, but just not having a good enough team to win the chip every season. Personally I'd take 2-4 in the chip over 2-0. It def sucks and takes a toll losing in the chip, but ask anyone who's never even made it if they would rather have lost 1 or 2 playing on the biggest stage or not made it at all.

Lived up and actually surpassed it to me. The guy was anointed with the potential to be an all time great at basically 16 and he definitely reached that level.

The Kang gon Kang :wow:

He's already matched Larry Bird and Magic Johnson in terms of longevity. Struggle to find reasons he should be considered a worse player than either all time
Magic is 5-4 in the Finals, Bird is 3-2. When/if Bron gets his 3rd ring, he should leap frog them in everyone's minds. I'm a Bron stan but that Mavs series was a bad look. He'd be 3-3 otherwise and it would be no debate IMO.
