Rewatching that 2013 finals series I was reminded he was chasing Tony Parker around even without being screened.

Mavs found a way :skip:

we’re in a thread with Bron stans hyping a Noah MVP season that hadn’t happened yet and a Luol Deng playoff series from 4 years prior in an effort to prop up a one man offense Bulls team defeated by the Heatles super team....

Like they didn’t just get that ass spanked in the finals anyway...like who gives a shyt and why does it even matter :russ:

All this rewriting history to retroactively dikkeat, to what end? Bron Stan propaganda is like some Orwellian type shyt...on another level

The Bulls are being downplayed and this happens for just about every team he’s beaten.

Why do y’all only do this for LeBron? :dead:

When MJ beat the Pistons in ‘91 why does no one talk about Isiah Thomas wrist injury that made him washed?

When MJ beat the Magic in ‘96 why does no one talk about the supporting cast around Shaq and Penny being injured and missing games?

The Bulls were a one man team how come that energy isn’t kept when LeBron was on a one man team and was facing the Celtics, Pistons, Magic with 2-3 All-Stars?

But you’re literally the one rewriting history.

People, Bron stans in particular, downplay Jordan’s competition ALL THE TIME....all the narratives and talking points y’all regurgitate about how horrible the “expansion era” was, all comes from that playbook...Y’all downplay the entire talent pool of the whole league on a macro-level AND the bulls’ finals opponents on a micro level ALL THE TIME... what is this weird doublespeak arguing some shyt you argue every other day is never argued about :mindblown:

Just the of idea of building up the offensive prowess of deng and Noah to put extras on the beating some also-ran Bulls squad, when the heat loss in the Finals a couple weeks later....is funny to me

I’m not talking about the expansion era argument I’m talking about the in depth analysis that LeBron’s haters do for all his victories. The Knicks and Pacers were one man teams.

It’s bullshyt to call them also-ran or to downplay them in any fashion. Deng and Noah aren’t trash by any means. They were a great team for their time period. If the Heat don’t beat them it’s no telling if they win the title.

Some fool said LeBron don’t get credit for locking up Rose. Rose don’t get locked up Heat lose them close games. This man Rose averaged 28/6 against Indiana and 30/10 against Atlanta. But nah he don’t credit for his defense on the league MVP.

It’s cool Bron lost it’s the biggest blemish of his career but damn just give credit. :dead:

the Bulls roster was trash looking back :scust: how the fukk they win so many games. all hustle team, but besides Rose no one was a threat.

That back door sweep :ahh:

the last 3 mins of game 5 Wade and Lebron going crazy :blessed:
Rose + our grit and grind defense is what made us win those games.

outside of those two things we didnt have anything. Thibs for as good as he was and I appreciate what he was able to do. Didnt have a creative offensive mind. We saw this in 2014-2015 when we had Jimmy become a AS and we got Pau Gasol. Altho we did make it to the top 11 in offense. that was just due to our talent rather than his schemes.

and outside of Rose no one we had was reliable for offense, love Noah/Deng but yeah, Carlos was trash, etc. So even if Thibs was slightly a decent offensive planner. It wouldnt mean much nor amount enough for us to beat the Heat given what we had.

I remember how delusional bulls fans were that year :mjlol:

There was just no fukkin way :russ:
I remember a ton of glee after Game 1 when the Heat got their shyt pushed in. Especially since the Bulls had owned Miami in the regular season, a couple posters said the Heat wouldn't win a game:lolbron:

4 games later and the narrative changed to "Well the Bulls were a one-man team, they were supposed to lose:mjcry:"

You’re right, my bad...

:salute:

props to the Heatles, and Lebron in particular, for beating a historic bulls team and winning the eastern conference finals a couple months after throwing a parade for forming superteam and promising 8 easy titles

give credit where credit’s due

Boozer declined in Chicago. I don’t know if it was Thibs offensive scheme or what...

But he was a great P&R and P&P player, had a wet midrange, and was a bruiser in the post dude was swole, he rebounded well too.

In Chicago he fell more and more in love with midrange jumpers.
He used to give Yao that work in his Utah days. It's a mystery what happened to him in Chicago

LeBron checked D-Rose in the clutch.
