But they're quick to talk shyt on Mark Jackson like Steve Kerr gave Curry the ability to be the best shooter ever. And you could argue the idea for Draymond to play PF/C was already in the NBA when Erik Spolerstra did it with LeBron and Bosh.Funny how y'all in here trying to pretend Mark Jackson didn't make the Dubs relevant again
Like they didn't have a near 30 game win improvement from his first year to his third year.
Also funny trying to pretend that the year he got fired, Steph Draymond and Klay had all came back way better players.
That's not to understate what Kerr has done, but the Warriors didn't even lose a game under Luke Walton.
Steph said himself that Kerr knows that he's lucky and how blessed he is to walk into this situation like he did. All with players who are at their peak and have shedded their early shells.
Dubs were taking that step forward no matter who the coach was. Proven under Luke. Steph is unguardable now. Ain't no X's and O's can REALLY make sense of Steph pulling up from 35. With another sharpshooter and play maker in Klay and Dray.
boththis just goes to show me that the Twolves don't want to give Thibs full control.....Or that they are doing due diligence....I really think they don't want to give him control.
Let KG coach
on the cheap![]()

@tremonthustler1 if you had to name 5 moves they should make this off season, what would be your top 5?
I was looking at yall roster. you wouldn't shop Pek? he's making 12 millyFor the Wolves?
I guess I'd say this
1. Aggressively shop Dieng. The reality is this: as well as he's developed on offense, it's at the expense of whatever defense he used to have. That and it's extension time for him. He's not gonna be the PF moving forward, so how much are you willing to invest into a backup C? 8 figures? He may get that with the cap going up. Dream scenario: he gets dealt for a pick that lands them Sabonis.
2. Coach /GM goes without saying. To add to it, I'd strongly suggest keeping Ryan Saunders. Kid actually shows promise with player development.
3. Draft itself: Go after Hield, but shop that pick also to land a vet big man if possible. Hield /Sabonis are 1 and 1a. Have a top 8. Only pick they have.
4. Free agency: not really an option, but go after 5 guys only: Horford, Noah, Fournier, Crabbe, and Batum. Have a weird feeling they'll go after Miles Plumlee but this year and next year are the years they'll need to spend before extension time for the kids
5. Don't really have a 5. Too early to tell.

I know you love KG, but 8 million for whathe should retire and be a coach
if yall could get rid of those salaries, thats 20 million freed up
I agree on Hield.
I think yall should go after Seth Curry, Evan Turner(don't fight me), or maybe even Barnes in free agency as well
I hadn't thought about Noah, that might be a good look as well![]()
That's the NFL, the NBA hasn't historically had the type of issues with having Black people in authority positions that the NFL and football in general seems to have.Arent they supposed to interview at least one black coach or is that the NFL?
because he was more of a motivator, not x's and o's. He established a winning culture but thats it
